 Indeed. A legitimate form of picture identification should be produced before any of the notary, loan-signing, or apostille service can be performed to authenticate who a person is. Please ensure that your ID corresponds to your name on papers, is not old and can be read.

The vast majority of the appointments are being done in an efficient way, though the exact timeframe depends on the type of service, the number of documents and the prospects provided there are special requirements. Even booking an appointment is highly advisable to be able to ensure its availability and prevent any delays. That being said, we are aware of any urgent needs- and therefore we will attempt to serve in those cases of the walk-ins or last-minute booking. Yes. We provide flexibility in timing, such as weekends and evenings, in order to satisfy you the most. You may not be able to meet with us during normal business hours or there may be some time-sensitive issue, in this case, just inform us and we will accommodate you.

If you want to have a successful meeting, the following items are mandatory:

Your papers all set out (no blank signatures unless you are told to do so)

Photo identification that is equivalent to your document’s name.

Any special directions you have had concerning the service.

Punctuality and location meeting point.
